These Terms of Service govern your use of our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By accessing our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Ilkley is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) operating in accordance with UK pharmacy law and General Pharmaceutical Council standards. We provide weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Ilkley and surrounding areas.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. You must complete our online consultation honestly and in full. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we determine our services are not clinically appropriate for you.
Weight loss treatments are subject to clinical suitability assessment. Eligibility criteria, including BMI thresholds and medical history requirements, are applied in line with current clinical guidelines. Providing false or misleading information during consultation may result in immediate termination of your treatment.
All prescriptions issued through our service are generated by a GPhC-registered pharmacist or authorised prescriber following a clinical review of your consultation. Prescriptions are issued at our clinical team's sole discretion.
We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription. Prescriptions cannot be transferred to third parties. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide during consultation is accurate and up to date.
We may request additional information or decline to issue a prescription without obligation to explain our clinical reasoning beyond what is necessary for your safety.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to the postal or courier service used.
Delivery is available to UK addresses only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, incorrect addresses provided by the patient, or events outside our reasonable control.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispatched. Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispatched, cancellation may not be possible due to the nature of pharmaceutical products.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the matter promptly.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 days.
The information provided through our service is for clinical treatment purposes only and does not constitute a substitute for professional medical advice from your GP or specialist. We strongly recommend informing your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
Weight loss treatments carry potential risks and side effects, which will be outlined during your consultation. You accept responsibility for reading all provided information and following the usage guidance supplied with your medication.

We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the provision of our pharmacy services and will not be sold to third parties.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
